How long does shipping take?
Ready-to-Ship Items: 2–3 business days processing + 3–5 business days USPS delivery.
Custom Orders: Up to 3 weeks processing time + 3–5 business days USPS delivery
Please note that holidays, weather conditions, and peak shopping seasons can affect delivery times.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, we currently ship only within the United States via USPS.
Do you refund or discount shipping fees for delays?
No, we do not refund or discount shipping fees for delayed packages.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Once an order has shipped, the carrier (USPS) assumes responsibility for delivery. Claims for damages or missing items must be reported within 1 business day of delivery. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages.
Returns & Exchanges
When will I get my money back?
If a return is approved for a defective product, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after your return is received and inspected. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene reasons, all hair products are FINAL SALE. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is proven to be defective upon arrival and reported within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. A trackable shipping service is required. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Product Information
What are your wigs made of?
Our wigs are made from human hair and/or premium synthetic fibers (kanekalon braiding hair). The lace base is made from virgin human hair, while the braid strands are synthetic.
Are your wigs pre-styled?
Yes! Our braided wigs are handcrafted protective styles designed to be worn without additional braiding. They come ready to wear.
Are custom orders refundable?
No. Custom orders are FINAL SALE. Deposits for custom wig orders are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.
