Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: 2–3 business days
  • Custom Orders: Up to 3 weeks processing time

Shipping Method

  • Carrier: USPS
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days (after shipment)

 

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

  • We do not change shipping addresses once an order is placed
  • We do not refund or discount shipping fees for delayed packages
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs
  • We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Once an order has shipped, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.

  • Claims for damages or missing items must be reported within 1 business day of delivery

Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

Customization

For custom braided wigs (including length, color, or style), all specifications must be finalized at checkout. Changes are not permitted once production has begun.
