Return and Exchange Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, all hair products are FINAL SALE. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is proven to be defective upon arrival and reported within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for any potential return or exchange, the wig must be:
- In its original, unused condition
- With all original tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Free of odors (including smoke or perfume)
- With lace uncut and unaltered
Ineligible Items
- Wigs that have been installed, brushed, styled, washed, or altered in any way
- Custom-made orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds or returns once production has begun
Return Process
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- A trackable shipping service is required
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments
Order Changes and Cancellations
Custom Orders
- Cancellations may be requested within 24–48 hours of placing the order
- After this period, cancellations are not permitted
Deposits
- Deposits for custom wig orders are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable
Product Disclaimers and Labeling
Product Description
Braided wigs are handcrafted protective styles designed to be worn without additional braiding. Due to the nature of braiding, slight variations in braid size, parting, or length are normal and are not considered defects.
Hygiene & Safety
- Wigs that have been worn, installed, altered, or removed from original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged
- Lace must be uncut and free from glue, makeup, or styling products
Color Disclaimer
Actual wig color may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting, and individual hair characteristics.
Care Responsibility
Proper care is the customer's responsibility. Damage caused by improper handling, excessive heat, chemicals, or cutting is not covered.
Wear Recommendations
To protect natural hair, customers are advised to:
- Wear a wig cap
- Avoid over-tightening
Materials & Origin
Wigs are made from human hair and/or synthetic fibers.

Limitation of Liability
Brayeds is not responsible for allergic reactions to synthetic fibers or materials used in our products.
Indemnification
Customers agree to hold Brayeds harmless from claims arising from misuse of products or violation of these terms.
